To offer interactive and compelling customer experience, Silk Media has partnered with Railtel (the largest fiber network in the India) to provide managed multi play services for retail customers in large and multi dwelling units. Silk Media provides the last mile connectivity to multi-dwelling units for roll out of a rich set of applications and services for retail broadband services under the “Fast Konnect” brand.The charter is to provide multiple services on a common Metro Ethernet infrastructure while implementing different capabilities on different layers (1 to 3) in order to deliver services in a scalable and cost effective manner.
