This service is IVR assisted & it has both Dial in & Dial out functions.
Moderator can setup conference call at any time from any phone using moderator Passcode.
Participants to join conference by dialing in the Participant access number else moderator can dials out the participant numbers.

How it Works
 
  User call Toll acess number from any network.
  Upon connecting to server, IVR instructs user to enter valid Moderator passcode.
  Moderator can create Group and add members to the group.
  Moderator can create Conference participant pass code and share the same to the participants.
  Moderator can start conference by either selecting the group or entering the participants number.
