Shastri Divakaruni - Chairman & CEO

Mr. Shastri brings over 35+ years of experience in Telecommunications Industry and proven leader with a track record of running and managing profitable business lines in blue chip organizations such as Bell labs, Southern New England Communications and Cisco. He has managed several venture capital funds and incubated successful emerging growth companies in the last five years. He has a Masters in Electrical Engineering, a Masters in Computer Science and an MBA from New York University, NY.
 

Dr. K Sridharan - Senior Vice President (Marketing)

Dr. K Sridharan has 25+ years of experience in the field of IT Software and Embedded systems. He has worked as part of the R&D team at IBM Thomas J Watson Center, NY and Quantum California. In India he last worked at Microcon Group of companies in various capacities in Mobile Internet applications, IT software, embedded systems and avionics. He is currently the VP of Marketing & Operations for Silk Group India. He holds a Bachelors degree in engineering from IIT Madras and Masters & Doctoral Degree in thin film memory devices from Stevens Tech, Hoboken, New Jersey.

Pankaj Kumar - Head PSU Business

Pankaj Kumar has over 26 yrs of total Experience in the field of sales & marketing, commercials, procurements, bidding processes etc in the field of Telecom services and integrated security solutions. He has handled end to end turnkey projects from bidding to completion for various telecom OEMs, Operators,PSU and Enterprises. Responsible for managing all the key accounts in PSU/Gov, involved in new business development strategies and formulating overall growth in the respective areas.

He comes from Services with over a decade experience in technical cadre, have been in operations and maintenance of Combat- Aircrafts, ground warfare equipments. He holds B.E in Electrical Engg(Instrumentation) from IAF with Masters in Sales & Marketing from IGNOU, Delhi.
 

M.R.Vijayakumar - General Manager Integrated Solutions

Mr. Vijaykumar has 35 years of experience in planning & implementation of infrastructure for Electronic and Contract Manufacturing facilities. He has held various senior executive positions involved in Operations, Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Manufacturing at Bharat Electronics Limited & TVS Electronics Limited. He has worked in various capacities in material management, Deploying ERP Systems, Supply Chain Management including logistics in Electronics Manufacturing. He has successfully executed several projects, new products & processes introduction. He holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Bangalore.
 

Pandu. R. Tadikamalla - Chief Business Consultant

Dr. Tadikamalla is a professor of business administration in the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. He teaches courses in Decision Models, Statistical Techniques for Management, Simulation, and Total Quality Management. His research interests lie in simulation methodology, statistical techniques in operations management and quality and productivity. Dr. Tadikamalla has extensive consulting experience with several US and multinational corporations. He is also a Six Sigma professional and helps train the management professionals in six principles towards obtaining Greenbelt/Blackbelt certificate from ASQ (American Society for Quality). Dr. Tadikamalla has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Tadikamalla received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Management Engineering from the University of Iowa.
 

Venki Venkataraman - Chief Consultant (Operations)

Venki Venkataraman consults for Silk Media on Operations related matters. He has over 35 years of work experience in India and the US. He has held various director and executive positions in Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Customer Service at Fortune 1000 companies. He recently retired as SVP of WW Operations for a Data Storage company. He has a Bachelor's Degree from University of Madras and a master's Degree from the Netherlands in Electronics Engineering.
 

Ashitha Shetty - Human Resources

Ashitha Shetty has 6+ years of experience in the field of Administration and Human Resources in IT companies. She is working as a Manager- Human Resources in Silk Group Global and responsible for Talent Acquisition and Resource Management.
